DAY 1 – Gubeikou to Jinshanling Great Wall | Wild Hiking & Camping
Your English speaking tour guide will meet you at your hotel lobby at around 8:00 AM. Travel by private transfers with a professional driver in a quality vehicle to the Gubeikou Great Wall.
Start your Great Wall hiking on a completely wild Great Wall section, known for its original ruins and rich wall’s history. After about 2 hours of hiking, descend to avoid a restricted military area, then continue through Gubeikou village, farmland paths, and the second valley.
Rejoin the Wall at the Jinshanling section, where restored walls and ancient watch towers create one of the most scenic hiking routes. You may also pass key points such as the Window Tower.
Lunch is arranged at a local restaurant, with bottled water provided. Then transfer to the campsite near the Wall.
Enjoy a BBQ dinner and a memorable camping on the Great Wall experience with full camping gear.

DAY 2 – Jinshanling to Simatai West | Sunrise & Scenic Hiking
Wake up early to enjoy sunrise over the Great Wall of China, one of the highlights of this two day hike.
Continue your Great Wall hiking from Jinshanling east toward Simatai West, passing through both restored sections and original ruins. Along the way, you will see iconic watch towers, the highest point, and more original structures.
This section is considered one of the best parts of the Jinshanling Great Wall for photography and exploration.
After around 3 hours of hiking, transfer back to Beijing with private transfers.
